The iconic David Jones officially opened the PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival 2022, with a Gala Runway, that included runway Friends of David Jones Victoria Lee, Cameron Stephens, Magnolia Maymuru, Tom Derickx, and special guest Shanina Shaik.
Friends of David Jones joined guests at the iconic Queen Victoria Market (QVM) to experience a new season presentation that celebrates David Jones’ AW22 campaign.

As our seasons are blurred into one at many times of the year so will be our fashion choices with unhinged and unmatched pieces the way forward.
Bralettes were paired with winter coats and long pants, and track pants paired with polo neck jumpers. Cropped blazers and oversized shirts and coats are also trending.
The colours this season are all bright and beautiful with Pink, Green, and Blue leading the way.

One of the most popular trends in 2021 was the cut-out, and it’s set to stay this year. The thigh-high split is also making its return and bringing a welcomed high fashion look, as we return to dressing up for more elaborate events once again.
