Our emerging designers strive to achieve unique design and balance between being creative and also risk taking on new ideas. This year’s runway presented both men’s and women’s fashion and was truly inspiring showcasing innovation, imagination and technical expertise when it came to originality.

The designers presented both new shapes and textures. Bold colours were a stand out, metallic dresses, oversized puff style jackets, intricate cut outs, lots of leather, a return to the 80’s,futuristic designs and checks were steadfast when it came to menswear.

Graduate designers continue to inspire the future of Australian Fashion, through creative design use of colours and textures and being able to balance their artistic side and yet actually make clothes that the consumers will want to wear. Being young in the world of fashion these designers must think outside the square when it comes to the future of fashion, how do you stand out as being innovative, do we need to change our thinking to a more sustainable one when it comes to fabric choice and modernity?

I look forward to the future of Australian Fashion design and supporting our new and emerging designers.

And he actually bought me lunch as I found it for him smile Therefore let me rephrase
that: Thank you for lunch! http://essenceph.org/
