Love and Tennis: The Dynamic Duo of Taylor Fritz and Morgan Riddle
In the whirlwind world of professional tennis, where the stakes are high and the competition fierce, love often finds a way to break through the noise. Enter Taylor Fritz and Morgan Riddle, a couple who have captured the hearts of fans and the media alike since their meeting on the exclusive dating app Raya in 2020. Their relationship has blossomed on and off the court, and their recent appearances at the Australian Open have left fans wanting to see more.
While Taylor has already made headlines for his impressive performance as the fourth seed at the Australian Open, another special connection was blooming on the sidelines. Renowned celebrity hair stylist Frank Ciccone, who first met Taylor in 2023, has become a new acquaintance.
Frank, who has worked his magic on Taylor’s hair on multiple occasions, shared, “I first met Taylor in 2023 and looked after him with a haircut. We’ve stayed in contact since then. He’s a true gentleman on the court as well as off the court.”
Frank’s admiration for Taylor extends beyond just his talent; it’s also about the camaraderie and warmth he exhibits in every interaction. Notably, Morgan Riddle, Taylor’s girlfriend, has been a fantastic host in the players’ family and friends’ box.
Taylor personally invited Frank to witness his game in the players’ box, where Frank cheered him on and was accompanied by his daughter Mia.
Mia has recently graduated Year 12 and is set to embark on a marketing degree while working at her father’s salon, ‘Hair by Ciccone’ in Melbourne’s suburb of Macleod. Mia was beside herself after recognising and meeting Morgan.
Mia said, “I’ve seen her on social media many times, and it was unreal to meet her! She said she was appreciative to have us at the tennis and thanked us as we grabbed a quick picture.”
As Taylor cruised into the second round for the seventh consecutive year, dispatching fellow American Jenson Brooksby with a dominant performance, the support from those close to him only amplified the excitement.
