Fable Melbourne kicks off the Australian Open tennis season with a rooftop soirée, a luxurious and exclusive event attended by invited guests, influencers, and media. The event featured a bespoke Piper Heidsieck and Hendrick’s Gin cocktail bar, a delectable grazing menu and DJ music. Guests enjoyed the breathtaking views of the city skyline while sipping on signature cocktails and celebrating the start of the Australian Open.
Volley Australia was also featured at the Fable soirée with the traditional runners we all know and love. Many guests dressed to the tennis theme of the event showing their unique style and Volley Australia footwear.

Fable will also present a Piper-Heidsieck & Hendrick’s story in an enchanted garden with a five-course dinner and cocktail degustation on Wednesday 1 February. This dinner experience is perfectly paired with unmatched sunset views.
The Piper-Heidsieck and Hendrick’s five-course summer dinner see Fable’s Michelin-starred executive chef, Alex Xinis, celebrate the flavours of Piper-Heidsieck champagne and Hendrick’s Gin via a one-off five-course menu. Fable Melbourne’s legendary bar team will craft classic cocktails highlighting the bespoke flavours of the champagne and gin, paired with the five-course dinner.
