Bar Bambi, brings the New York vibes to Melbourne town – You are all I long for, all I worship and adore!

On Thursday the 11th of November, the much-anticipated launch of Bar Bambi opened its doors with an A list crowd that included, Rozalia Russian, Chris, and Rebecca Judd, Jonathan and Kylie Brown, Olivia Molly Rogers, Nick Giannopoulos, and Andy Lee with partner Rebecca Harding to name a few.

The event was monumental, and the venue is breathtaking on every level.

Passing through the secret entrance off Melbourne’s ACDC Lane, it’s only for those in the know that will be able to go!

The swanky New York inspired bar brings an old-world feel as if time had been paused, and I guarantee you won’t find anything else like it, anywhere in Australia.

Nick and Daniel Russian together with Marty John, have gone above and beyond to bring a sophisticated and luxurious dining space to the 40+ generation, who still want to hit the town, but want something a little more refined.

Bar Bambi also pays a tribute to their Nonno’s original Bar Bambi that stood in their hometown of Trieste, Italy 80 years ago. The classic Italian menu created by Head Chef Salvatore Giorgio includes delicious Vodka Pasta in a rich spicy tomato sug, Chargrilled Lamb Arrosticini, and Tiramisu Cannoli.

The strategically positioned neon Bar Bambi sign sits above a sunken lounge dining space and instantly gives you the feel, that you could be dining like the stars did, in an old Hollywood movie scene.

BAR BAMBI IS A LATE-NIGHT BAR SERVING ITALIAN COCKTAILS, WINES, SHARE PLATES & MUSIC WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY NIGHT. https://barbambi.com.au/

Thanks to Nick and Daniel Russian and Marty John in association with Romanobeck.
