Today I had the pleasure of previewing the Magic Mike Live show that is directed by Hollywood Actor, Director, and Heartthrob Channing Tatum.
Magic Mike Live is one of the biggest events on Melbourne’s events calendar this year and may I say it’s a must-see for those wanting an exciting and immersive live experience that is unique and very intimate being held at a smaller venue.
Magic Mike Live is situated at The Arcadia at Birrarung Marr alongside Melbourne’s stunning Yarra River inside the world’s largest Spiegeltent.
As I made my way towards the Spiegeltent I was overwhelmed at the size and beauty of this incredibly remarkable venue that features a stunning outdoor deck area complete with seating that overlooks the Yarra River.
Magic Mike Live is an unforgettably fun night of sizzling, 360-degree entertainment based on the hit movies that are performed by the most incredible and talented performers.
Dancer Charles Bartley whom I’ve personally had the pleasure of meeting during a shoot has performed alongside Katy Perry, Bebe Rexha, Kylie Minogue, Kesha, Kelly Rowland, Sam & The Whomp, Rita Ora, and Louis Fonsi.
The cast are absolutely electrifying, and I have to say left my heart absolutely racing. It’s hot, hilarious and the great time Melburnians have been waiting for. Equal parts empowering and exhilarating, the 90-minute show is punctuated by unexpected, temperature-raising acts from a thrilling range of acrobatic and musical talent.
A Night Like No Other
Patrons are invited to come early and stay late to enjoy the unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere and delicious food and drink offerings. A full bar with specialty cocktails and a selection of wine, prosecco, and traditional cocktails will be available in The Arcadia lobby prior to the performance. Patrons can also enjoy a mini-food hall and pay one low price to sample a variety of curated snacks and mini-meals prior to or following the show.
