This past weekend, Melbourne’s iconic Tan track came alive as Australian middle-distance sensation Peter Bol teamed up with fellow athletes and celebrities for an exhilarating event hosted by Ralph Lauren Fragrances. Attended by Melbourne influencers Rebecca Harding and Lexi Mary, and beloved retired Carlton footy star Sam Docherty, Bol led the charge alongside speed demons from Run Club 3121, leaving participants and spectators buzzing with excitement.

The occasion? The launch of Ralph Lauren’s new Polo 67 Fragrance, now available at Chemist Warehouse. To mark the celebration, everyone was decked out in the American luxury brand’s signature caps and T-shirts, effortlessly blending sporty flair with Ralph Lauren’s iconic style. The brand has become synonymous with luxury lifestyle, and it’s a safe bet that we’ll see more of this chic attire at the upcoming 2026 Australian Open.

As the group gathered for their hot lap, Bol set the pace, reminding everyone of the joy of running. With a grin, he has previously shared, “I ran to school and played outside every single day. I wasn’t exposed to the technology and the phones that everyone probably has here and now. We had so little, and I tended to spend all my time outside. Where I’m from, you just grow up running. It was almost a game. I never recognised it as being a sport until I actually came to Australia.”

His words have always resonated deeply, serving as a powerful reminder of the simple pleasures of our great outdoors and the importance of staying active, especially in our tech-driven world.
The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the faint scent of Polo 67 wafting through the air. Participants embraced the spirit of the day, while soaking in the beauty of Melbourne’s winter landscape. It was a vibrant call to action for everyone to step outside, shake off the winter chill, and reconnect with nature, all while enjoying the luxury that Ralph Lauren brings to the table.
