We caught up with Music sensation Gary Pinto, one of the event promoters, to discuss his excitement for this landmark occasion.
“For the first time in my career, I’m stepping into the role of promoter with ‘After Dark’, in collaboration with the Sebel Yarrawonga and Blitz Golf. I’ve always wanted to bring some of my friends and favourite musical acts to this beautiful part of Australia, a place my family and I cherished during my childhood. It feels great to give back to a region that holds so many fond memories.”
What do you love about this particular line-up?
“I’m absolutely thrilled about the line-up we’ve put together! Diesel has been a long-time favourite of mine and having collaborated on music in the past makes it all the more special. Taxiride is another band that has made waves internationally with timeless hits, and Jason Singh is a dear friend who brings incredible energy. My wife, Natasha, who is considered the First Lady of R&B in Australia, has worked with some of the best in the industry, including Lady Gaga’s and Jay-Z’s songwriters. Then there’s Jade Gibson, a rising Country Music star who’s local to the region and whose music I fell in love with instantly. It’s a killer line-up that I can’t wait for everyone to experience!”
Will we get to see you perform as well?
“For this event, I’m more than happy to enjoy the performances from the side of the stage! I’ll be back on the road next year with my own tour and then hitting the road with Guy Sebastian mid-year. So, there’s plenty of music ahead, but for January 25, I’m all about soaking in the amazing talent we have lined up.”

“Fans can expect an incredible gig filled with iconic songs from some of Australia’s best musicians. The combination of being surrounded by stunning water and the picturesque golf course on the January long weekend is hard to beat. I hope this becomes a regular event with different line-ups for years to come, because it’s a unique blend of sport and music that truly celebrates what makes this region special.”
