G.H.Mumm, the official Champagne of the Melbourne Cup Carnival kicked off the celebrations this morning with celebratory champagne at Melbourne’s exclusive, The Commons Collective. Today’s exclusive pre-celebration was a moment to enjoy, with Melbourne returning to some normality, after the world’s longest lockdown.
Australian model Montana Cox, ambassador for Mumm, launched the season of champagne and style with a spectacular sabrage moment; the iconic and theatrical technique of opening a bottle of champagne using a sabre to create an exciting pop of the cork and rush of free-flowing Mumm to represent the very first pour of a Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Lady in red Montanna, was dressed in Australian label Carla Zampatti, paired with Jimmy Choo heels, was fresh-faced and regal as she raised her glass alongside Bruce Keebaugh Founder, The Big Group.
As Melburnians This Spring Carnival wherever you are, we want you to be celebrating with a refreshing glass of Mumm and creating your own special moments.
Mumm is a proud partner of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, working with the Victorian Racing Club to deliver an elevated experience at Flemington for racegoers and will be partnering with key venues across the country welcoming guests to celebrate. Ambassador Montana Cox will be celebrating at The Commons Collective on St Kilda Road for a truly spectacular race day event.
