Melbourne designer Aron Katona is known for presenting iconic celebrity runways and this time delivered a surprise to all at his ARTZ Melbourne Fashion Week runway with his new muse ‘Cherry Dipietrantonio ‘the newest cast member on Foxtel’s ‘The Real Housewives of Melbourne’, who strutted down the runway in Aron’s custom made ‘Kryptonite’ gown.
Showing no nerves as she took her place to lead Aron’s show, Cherry was beaming from ear to ear. As she walked with Designer Aron for the finale delighting us all with notable celebrities Brynne Edelston and Krista Vendy, it was easy to see why Aron has solidified himself as a creative genius with artistic expression seen on signature prints and metallics.
As the bright lights beamed with a stunning bar cascading down the centre of the runway Aron had invited many recognized and emerging designers to present at the show.
Fashion Mode Melbourne’s newest accessory label was seen on Chadwick’s model Monique Koutoufides as well as Brynne, Cherry, and Asia’s next top model star Jodilly Pendre.
The runway extravaganza combining the arts included performances by Melbourne vocalist Sarah. C and Australian Idol star Emily Williams. Designers, celebrities, influencers, and media representatives were amongst the sold-out audience at The George on Collins.
It was a night to come dressed in your Fashion best, be that bold, bright, and downright glitzy post covid. Many in the audience were dressed in custom-made Aron Katona.
