RED CARPET ARRIVALS AS BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL ARRIVES IN MELBOURNE!

The opening night of Billy Elliot was enjoyed by all who attended at Melbourne’s Regent Theatre on Saturday 22^nd February.

Having won the hearts of millions around the world, Billy Elliot is an inspirational story of a young boy who struggles against all odds including a lack of support from his family to make his dreams of becoming a dancer come true.

Billy was played by eleven-year-old River Mardesic at opening night and captivated the audience with his mind-blowing dance performance.

Red carpet arrivals included Waleed Aly and his wife Susan Carland, Stefan and Gail Dennis, Shaynna Blaze, Patti Newton and family, Ryan Moloney, Stephen Curry, and Craig Revel Horwood to name a few.

With a standing ovation and huge cheer from the audience, Billy Elliot is captivating from start to finish. A brilliant story that is powerful and is to be enjoyed by all.
