• Melbourne’s fitness trendsetters, Bodhi & Ride want to get you into shape, just in time for the new year, launching a Summer Spin Blitz Pop-up at the acclaimed Hotel Sorrento.
• In collaboration with Lululemon and Hotel Sorrento, the pop-up will run for 4 days at the end of December, with sunrise and sunset spin classes in true Bodhi style – a world-class full-body workout with pumping music and plenty of sweat.
The Bodhi & Ride and Hotel Sorrento pop-up promises to be a sell-out event in picturesque Sorrento, attracting local residents and weekend warriors alike. Set in the perfect holiday location, Melbourne’s seaside playground, Sorrento, where the sun is brighter, and the good times spill down to the waterfront.
The timing could not be better, just after the post-Christmas food hangover and right before the new year. It’s a prime opportunity to get ahead of those new year’s resolutions! The popup will run from 27th December – 30th December (4 x days) – with all classes scheduled classes at 8.30 am and 9.30 am for the Sunrise Rides, and 5 pm and 6 pm for the Sunset Rides.
Bodhi & Ride’s signature spin classes provide an intensive full-body workout with a twist, incorporating high energy interval and endurance spinning, as well as upper body workouts with weights, all within 40 minutes, followed by a 5-minute meditation and stretch. This signature workout is choreographed to a pumping soundtrack that provides an addictive endorphin rush. It’s the most fun you’ll ever have on a bike, made even better with an inspiring seaside backdrop!
