The Rolex Australian Grand Prix’s ‘Glamour on the Grid’ presented by Lavazza was a night that blurred the lines between Formula One Racing and Fashion. This years ambassador Annalise Dalins said, “Formula One and Fashion is such a perfect match.”

Last night, the Australian Grand Prix Corporation pulled out all the stops to host the most prestigious and luxurious launch party of the year at the Marriott Bonvoy lounge located at the iconic Albert Park Track. The annual Glamour on the Grid presented by Lavazza was a night that blurred the lines between Formula One Racing and Fashion, bringing together some of the most influential and stylish individuals from across Australia.

Guests, including Australian Grand Prix CEO Travis Auld and this year’s ambassadors Josh Daicos and Annalise Dalins, Jack Doohan, Jacqui Felgate, and Kate Reid, turned heads as they arrived dressed to impress for the elusive night of nights. From stunning gowns to sharp suits with edgy embellishments, the fashion on display was nothing short of breathtaking. It was a night where the glamour and sophistication of the racing world merged seamlessly with the world of high fashion.

Annalise Dalins dressed by Oglia Loro Couture, spoke to us about her ambassadorship role this year and said, “ It’s honestly a pinch me moment, being here tonight for Glamour on the Grid presented by Lavazza gives us all an amazing opportunity to experiment with fashion and to see Formula One and Fashion come together is such a perfect match.”

Hannah Dal Sasso’s arrival in that stunning marigold yellow ensemble was truly a sight to behold. The way the colour popped against her skin, the way the sequins shimmered in the light – it was a moment that demanded attention. With a full bloomed skirt that swirled around her, she exuded confidence and grace. Styled by the talented Paul Versace, this was not just a standout moment, it was a statement.

Hannah said, “this dress was designed by Styled by Bloom, but created by Con Ilio, it’s giving a beauty and the beast vibe. I wanted something big and out there and we went with yellow because I haven’t worn yellow before, and I love it.”

Kate Reid who was a previous Formula One engineer was the perfect choice to also be included as an ambassador. Kate spoke to us about her custom Jason Grech design and said, “the colour and design was Jason’s vision in line with my beautiful stylist Alicia. The colour of Mulberry was a perfect match for the AusGP as it screams, colour, fun and excitement.”

Our much-loved Miss Universe Australia glamour girls Maria Thattil, Olivia Molly Rogers, Daria Varlamova, and Moraya Wilson were a sight to behold at the Australian Grand Prix glamorous night of nights.

Daria said, “tonight I’m dressed by Effie Kats and my fringe is fake (with a giggle). I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces tonight. Glamour on the Grid is the event of the year, it’s my favourite event, seeing my friends and the most stunning gowns and suits. I just love it all.”

Kate Connick was the epitome of elegance in Forever New, exuding sophistication from head to toe. As the daughter of the talented Harry Connick Jr, she has not only inherited his musical abilities but also his sense of style. With a background in fashion and business from NYU, Kate has honed her skills and is now making waves in the modelling world with Chadwick Models Australia. Kate says, “I’m wearing Forever New from my head to toe (and gives us a little spin) I’m new to Melbourne, I’m so excited for everything it has to offer!”

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation’s Glamour on the Grid event was a night to remember. From the stunning fashion to the electric atmosphere, it was a celebration of style, sophistication, and creativity. I have no doubt that this event will go down in history as one of the most prestigious and luxurious launch parties ever hosted in Australia.
