Jake says, “Love Lust Lost is a must-see adventure. A refreshing approach far and away from the traditional sit-down theatre experience. A lot of fun and highly entertaining, allowing audience members to enjoy a 360-degree sensory experience of theatre. They can participate moving freely at their own pace, interact with cast members and others and be a part of the performance. This was my first time attending an immersive theatre and I would go back in a heartbeat and experience more. The setting of the high seas was an excellent choice. It was Pirates of the Caribbeanmeets Titanic, meets The Little Mermaid, meets 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Moving through the many rooms and floors, it was amazing how the creative team was able make use of the space and transform the theatre into a maze-like structure with different areas ranging from boiler rooms, tattoo parlours, banquet halls and secret chambers complete with props and set pieces. Not knowing what was around the corner or what room I would end up in, made the experience unpredictably exciting. The very talented cast members amused and entertained whilst staying in character and giving highly energetic performances which is no easy feat. If you are looking for a fun night out and enjoy theatre but want to do something a little different, then Love Lust Lost is definitely worth trying”.
